Frederick Dean and Rose share a number of interests, including reading 'Chew' and history podcasts. During the Miss Cinnamon Cider Pageant season, Dr. Zoe Hart lectured Frederick for leading Rose on, but he didn't respond, only answering that he'd gone to the practice because of a sore throat.
